If you care about what the FY 2015 budget will look like ‘ and of course you do! ‘ the next two weeks are really important. The Council will hold lots of hearings to wrap up its review of the mayor’s budget ‘ and to get public input on what’s good in the budget and what is missing. The DC Fiscal Policy Institute will be following and testifying at many hearings ‘ and we hope you plan to do so, too!
To help you out, here is a list of hearings that will happen in the next two weeks that you may want to follow or provide your testimony. We’ve linked to materials provided by DC government agencies to explain their budget, and we’ve highlighted important DCFPI blog posts that offer our take on an agency’s budget.
