The District of Columbia Health Benefits Exchange Proposal

Families USA and DC Fiscal Policy Institute have released a question and answer fact sheet about the DC Health Benefits Exchange:  Because there has been a great deal of confusion about the DC exchange proposal in the media and otherwise, we wanted to create a resource for District residents and small employers who would like to better understand the exchange proposal.
