DCFPI Welcomes Dana Hock as Our New Grants Administrative Associate 

Dana Hock joins the DC Fiscal Policy Institute as our new Grants Administration Associate, where she will support the advancement team with grant management and fundraising initiatives. 

Dana brings more five years of experience in the development field, most recently as the Development Associate at the Bhutan Foundation. There she helped with event preparation, wrote fundraising letters, helped with proposal writing, lead the donor acknowledgment process, and facilitated mass mailings for our publications. She has also worked in fundraising at the National Capital Area Council Boy Scouts of America and spent a year volunteering as an AmeriCorps Vista at Take Stock in Children, a nonprofit organization based in Florida. 

She received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability Studies from George Mason University and is originally from Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In her free time, Dana enjoys listening to podcasts, going hiking at national parks, and occasionally traveling the world.
